Alexis & Will, Co-owners
A husband-and-wife team, Alexis and Will Maness have been running Haute Poppies since 2022.
Originally an elementary school teacher, Alexis decided to explore a passion in the wedding industry. She worked at a local wedding venue for several years before interning at Haute Poppies. She’s always been a creative with a knack for color play through fashion, interior design, and gardening.
By day, Will works in commercial real estate. But the rest of the time, he’s the engineering brain behind their biggest, most intricate installations. You’ll also find him assisting with setups and teardowns.
Together, they have two little ones—and they not-so-secretly hope that the two will fall in love with the business the way they did, so that they can pass it on.
Behind the scenes, they work with a handpicked team that knows how to turn design decks into reality and how to get the best out of every single blossom that passes through their hands.

While we often describe our designs as organic and garden-inspired, we don’t have a house style—we design what suits you.

Details matter. Our team is trained to pay meticulous attention, so that every arrangement is flawless. We’re always thinking a step ahead, so that your photographer has flowers for the flatlay and your bar isn’t unadorned.
